Helping professionals in the home electronics, security and commercial AV markets with jobs that require additional levels of rack stability, Lowell Manufacturing has introduced its new NR4PA rack components.
The Pacific, Mo.-based company explains that its latest product line is made for projects that need more stability than two-post racks and where the exact depth for a properly designed system is not known. Lowell Manufacturing states the NR4PA rack components are EIA/TIA compliant, and the company offers the product line in a choice of two depth sizes: 24-36 inches and 36-42 inches.
According to Lowell Manufacturing, setup is simple through its window referencing system on the side of the products that indicates the depth setup technicians need to install the rack products. The NR4PA rack components also offer electronics professionals installation options such as double sided, three-inch deep vertical channel rails that are tapped 12-24 and printed rack unit scale indicators, which are designed to help with installation and set-up.
Other features built into the NR4PA rack components include numerous tie-off points and pass-through cable holes. The company emphasizes, the products’ angled base also provides holes to add anchors to help better secure the racks to the floor to add more stability or to meet specific safety code requirements.
Additionally, the products are made with heavy-duty 12-gauge U.S. certified steel with a smooth black powder epoxy finish that helps the components deliver a load rating of 800 pounds.
