VITAL, a Custom Integration centric business coaching and software company, has announced new additions to its team with the recent hiring of Amy Trader and Rene Robaina.
Amy Trader takes on the role of QuickBooks process manager, responsible for onboarding all new members into VITAL’s dashboard, metrics, and business practices. She is also building new guides, services, and resources to support VITAL clients and help them make the most of their membership. Amy Trader brings more than 25 years of QuickBooks training and accounting experience to VITAL clients. As a former business owner in the accounting field, Trade is passionate about helping small business owners better understand accounting principles, including how to streamline their bookkeeping processes to make positive impacts on their bottom line.
VITAL’s newest associate coach, Rene Robaina, joins the team to help new and existing clients optimize their custom installation companies through learning and practicing business excellence. Robaina will support clients from their initial benchmarking sessions through to one-on-one and group coaching to maximize the outcomes that we know are possible. With more than 35 years of IT business development and management, including 20 years of operating and selling his own custom integration firm, Robaina now enjoys traveling the country with his wife in their motorcoach, while coaching and helping owners grow their businesses and build generational wealth for their families.
“We are happy to report that our 2022 growth is tracking way above our plans.” He adds, “The necessity to add staff is good news from our end. We will continue to build our internal support as we expand. Please join us in welcoming both Amy and Rene to the VITAL team,” adds Matt Bernath, president of VITAL.
