VITAL MGMT announced its new market vision for growing the potential of the custom installation Industry as a whole, through a focus on proven metrics and business coaching of custom integrators.
This new growth initiative will be led by Matt Bernath who has been coaching and collaborating with VITAL for the past two years and brings a strong frontline experience having run his own custom installation company.
As Matt Bernath takes on the new leadership role at VITAL, he sees an environment that will attract experienced operators who can coach others. The founders will be helping him on-board new coaches as well.
“The majority of CI businesses are owner-centric companies where the bottlenecks are limiting growth and serving to over-stress and under-reward their owners. This leads to an industry that is not realizing it’s growth and value potential, or attracting enough outside capital or new talent,” states Bernath.
“We have identified an opportunity to shift the trajectory of the CI dealer and industry as a whole. This transformation in how the CI dealer thinks and acts will raise the bar for everyone.”
