Savant Systems, Inc., is bringing a dynamic new smart home pop-up to the denizens of New York—and those willing to make the trip. Disguised as stylish art gallery, Savant SOHO promises visitors a dynamic and engaging smart home experience highlighting the power of Savant’s systems.
The gallery will celebrate its grand opening Thursday, December 15, 2022. Located at Located at 120 Wooster Street in New York City’s Soho neighborhood, the bi-level 3,700 sq. ft. smart home space will be open Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays 12-6 p.m. but closed on holiday weekends.
This strikingly colorful and design-forward space joins the likes of Savant’s Las Vegas and New York Experience Centers as Savant continues to grow awareness around the benefits of smart technology. Not only will it provide in-person demonstrations to those who visit, but Savant SOHO will also offer knowledge sharing and educational opportunities in a pressure-free environment.
Visitors will, however, have the option to purchase DIY smart home technology from the company’s GE brand. They will also be able to meet with an expert to receive a custom quote for a professionally installed Savant smart home solution.

Savant SOHO Aims to Be the Ultimate Smart Home Outreach Space
Stepping into space at ground level, Savant SOHO has a plethora of DIY smart home products on display. Here, visitors can explore how even the simplest additions can come together to enhance a living space. Savant’s GE-branded Cync products will be incorporated into several residential vignettes, with visitors using the Cync app to control the different scenes.
Hands-on activities such as creating wall designs using Cync Full Color Light Strips and a color-changing selfie station, will be co-located near the vignettes. Future plans include smart workshops, as well as informational and décor focused classes.
The company will also have its smart energy solution on display. Smart power solutions, the company acknowledges, are becoming increasingly popular for consumers, forming the foundation of a smart home.
While at the SOHO site, Savant technology experts will be available to discuss new federal incentives, designed to increase adoption of residential renewable energy and power management, that make smart power systems more affordable, while helping to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
Meanwhile, on the lower level, Savant experts will walk visitors through smart entertainment, networking, security, energy and lighting solutions can all come together to create a transformative smart home.
