One Firefly has recently announced the launch of Review Champ, an online review platform that enables dealers to contact their customers, ask for a review of a service, and promote positive reviews. The platform officially launched on March 2, 2018.

How it Works
Review Champ enables dealers to generate online reviews from customers by contacting their number via a text message, and funneling any resulting positive reviews to online platforms. Customers have the option of posting a personalized review to common online review sites such as Google, Facebook, Houzz, and the Better Business Bureau.Review Champ boasts the ability for technology professionals to filter out negative reviews below a certain threshold.
Then, Review Champ asks those reviewers for additional information on why the service was rated poorly, and how they can improve. These reviews will not show up via a Google search, but will still inform the service providers with valuable feedback from customers.
“One of the major hesitations that dealers have around online reviews is the fear of receiving a negative review,” remarks Callis, “Review Champ keeps those negatives reviews from being posted online. Instead, they are filtered directly to the dealer for internal review.”
The Review Champ platform pricing is $99.99/month or $999.99/year. Upon signing up, dealers will receive information on best practices and how to effectively utilize the service.
