Releasing the latest version of its popular dealer software, the new Tigerpaw Software 18 R3 software suite emphasizes an easy-to-use user experience.
Tigerpaw Software's new business automation platform incorporates a number of customer-requested improvements to help support the company's goal of making the software more user-friendly.
“My team asks for and receives customer feedback all year long so that we can improve the Tigerpaw user experience going forward and incorporate feature requests into our product releases,” states Chris Owen, director of development at Tigerpaw.
“Whether a long-time Tigerpaw customer or a new user, 18 R3 has something that will simplify your workday.”
Tigerpaw Software 18 R3 Features Several Upgrades
The Bellevue, Neb.-based company says the new software version offers a number of improvements that include:
- Enhanced User Interface: Following up on version 18 R2, Tigerpaw redesigned the user interface. Tigerpaw says the software now ships with a default color scheme that is said to exceed industry guidelines for colorblind UX design. Other updates include a toolbar with icons that are labeled. Moreover, the interface still allows users to customize the look of the software to fit their personal preferences.
- QuickBooks Integration: Tigerpaw Software 18 R3 is now capable of integrating QuickBooks 2019.
- Tigerpaw Mobile: The company says it has made more than 20 updates to its Tigerpaw Mobile application. Some of the updates the company points out include an increased size limit for uploaded photos, new accessibility to account documents, and improved connectivity.
Summing up the improvements the company made to its dealer management product, Owen notes that Tigerpaw has just begun to improve the software.
“Tigerpaw Mobile is already an amazing tool for our users, but we knew we could make it even better,” comments Owen.
