Adding audio accessories to its selection of TV mounts, Metra Home Theater Group has announced a new range of Helios speaker stands and mounts. 

Metra Home Theater Group's (MHTG) latest products are designed to support integrators' ability to locate speakers within home environments for applications that include home theater and stereo audio. 

“Helios already manufactures TV mounts that are trusted by installers and retailers. Growing the product line to include mounts and speaker stands for home audio will allow us to provide additional accessories our customers have been requesting,” explains Jessy Crabb, general manager, Metra Home Theater Group. 

The Holly Hill, Fla.-based electronics manufacturer notes the newly introduced products provide a choice of eight models that address floor stands, wall or ceiling mounts, and a bookshelf speaker mount.

Here is a closer look at each one of the new MHTG Helios speaker mounts and stands:

Glass and Wood Bookshelf Speaker Stands (AS-SPKR-5)

• The AS-SPKR-5 features sound decoupling feet to reduce floor vibrations
• Floor spikes for carpet to provide improved stability, and to reduce vibrations
• The stand measures just under 24-inches tall
• Metra says the stand is made with solid aluminum with MDF and a wood insert stand
• The stand has a black-glass top

Glass and Wood Bookshelf Speaker Stands (AS-SPKR-8)

• The AS-SPKR-8 features sound decoupling feet to reduce floor vibrations
• Metra says the stand features a solid aluminum supporting pillar

Adjustable Metal Satellite Speaker Floor Stands (AS-SPKR-11)

Anti-Theft Speaker Mount (AS-SPKR-18)
