CEDIA has begun accepting submissions to its 2024 CEDIA Smart Home Awards, the annual global awards program that recognizes outstanding achievements in the custom smart home industry.
Professional smart home industry organization is expanding the individual awards category this year, for the first time adding awards for Best Newcomer, Best Sales/Manufacturer’s Representative, and Best Technician.
The awards will be announced at CEDIA Expo 2024, which is again set to take place in Denver, Colo. from September 5-7.
CEDIA President and CEO Daryl Friedman says the recent expansion of the CEDIA Smart Home Awards reflect the organization’s commitment to acknowledging excellence across various roles and levels of expertise in the smart home industry.
“Our hope is that the CEDIA Smart Home Awards can serve as a beacon of inspiration and aspiration for all those dedicated to transforming the way we live,” Friedman says.

The final deadline for submissions is April 15 for Home Technology Integrator categories and June 1 for Business, Individual, and Manufacturer Product categories. The early bird deadline for Manufacturer Product categories is May 1.
