Filling a growing need in the market for work from home (WFH) and small/medium business (SMB) business projectors, Epson has announced three new products.
Epson points out that its latest commercial products are designed to meet the needs of workers in WFH and SMB environments, and the products are capable of producing big and bright images in these types of settings.
“As shelter-in-place orders continue, demand for projectors is steadily growing as people look to enhance their home tech to see their workflow needs,” notes Rodrigo Catalan, group product manager, projectors, Epson America, Inc.

A Closer Look at Epson’s new Business Projectors
Examining the company’s three new projectors, Epson says its Pro EX10000 wireless laser projector utilizes a laser-based light engine that requires little or no maintenance.
Designed to provide up to 20,000 hours of operational life, the EX10000 incorporates the company’s Full HD 1080p technology, and it is rated to produce up to 4,500 lumens of color and white-level brightness.
Epson also points out the Pro EX10000 provides wireless connectivity via Miracast, as well as a pair of HDMI ports.
The new product announcements also include the Pro EX9240 and EX3280 business projectors. These cost-friendly business projectors employ lamp-based light engines, along with Epson’s 3-chip 3LCD technology.
Epson says the Pro 9240 provides a full HD resolution, along with a color and white brightness rating as high as 4,000 lumens. The EX3280 delivers an XGA resolution (1024 x 768), and a color and white brightness rating as high as 3,600 lumens.
