A newcomer in the category of “Holy S%$t,” C SEED has unveiled a jaw-dropping display of display technology. Merging a flat-screen TV and motorized lift into one, the C SEED N1 Outdoor TV takes the ever popular categories of tech concealment and outdoor technology in the name of style to new territories, using five foldable 4K microLED panels to transform into what can only be described as a contemporary art piece when not in use.
The brushed chrome finish and minimalist design certainly lends itself to appearing like a molded lawn sculpture in front of a museum. However, while the look may be reminiscent of a modern, space-age-like design, C SEED states that watching the device rise to the occasion is nothing short of a magical experience.
The C SEED N1 Outdoor TV is a Luxurious, Minimalist Entertainment System
Rising and unfolding a la Transformers from its sculpted, discreet, resting state, the display takes roughly 85 seconds, according to C SEED to complete its metamorphosis (60 seconds to rise to full height and 25 seconds to unfurl its panels). Fully arranged, the TV stands just shy of 10 feet with a screen size of either 165 or 137 inches, depending on the model selected.
The screen itself has an IP65 rating, meaning it is water resistant, which, when paired with the full-sun screen treatment and a 180-degree rotatable face, means the placement options are really only limited by the size of the backyard itself. Though, C SEED notes, the built-in audio for the N1 has been set up with a wide soundstage in mind, supporting from 5.1 to 9.2 surround sound.
The N1 Outdoor TV has two built-in 100-watt broadband coaxial speakers and an integrated subwoofer in the column with additional twin coaxial speakers in each wing.

The N1 Outdoor TV also features HDR10+ support, 16-bit color processing, 4,000 nits of brightness, a refresh rate of 3,840 Hz, and 7,000:1 contrast. According to C SEED, the 4K microLED technology utilized represents a massive step forward for the company, allowing the TV to provide “twice the color purity and a far wider color gamut than conventional LED screens.”
Additionally, C SEED notes the display is equipped with Adaptive Gap Calibration, which helps to eliminate the borders between the five foldable microLED panels when in use.
Engineered and produced in Austria, outdoor C SEED N1 4K TVs are available in titanium matt metallic color in two sizes: 165- and 137-inch screen diagonal with prices starting at 233,000.00 USD.
The N1 is available for order now with delivery in Q1 2024.
