Stephen Weber, Systems Integration manager at Encore Audio/Video, recently shared why Salez Toolz© has become a standard in their selling process and the net effect to their company’s bottom line.
Mr. Weber has spent years studying the sales process and identified a key process that is missed by most. Stated in his own words; “Establishing a budget with a customer early on is the most crucial aspect of any proposal process.” He further explains that “As rooms, complexity, upgrades, and customized automation are added, the more elaborate the system becomes, adding to the difficulty of determining the budget. I went many years wishing, ‘if only there was an app for that’.”
Encore Audio/Video has now standardized on Salez Toolz© and further explains his process: “Our sales staff can now walk through the customer’s home with an iPad, inputting the client’s wishes as they go along. “You want a 9.2 theater with a projector? Sure, here it is,” the salesman states as they push a button. “You want to upgrade the speakers and add motorized shades to be controlled by the automation system? Great!” The pricing appears with a button press for each wish; the client looking on to see a graphical representation of what they have chosen. In effect, they are establishing the budget themselves as a result of this process.”
