The Bridgewather, N.J.-based company Brother is well known for its label makers, printers, scanners and other business tools. Adding to its line of products the Garden State company announced its latest printers and all-in-one products that specifically target business applications.
Brother says the new printers are designed to run reliably in environments in which the printing demands require higher speeds without fail.
“Brother continues to deliver durable, reliable and flexible solutions for business users looking for productivity and cost effectiveness,” says Steve Feldstein, director of marketing, business laser and scanner products, Brother International Corporation. “These printers and all-in-ones represent dependability and reliability.”
The company's L5000 and L6000 Series products have been released to fit a variety of business needs. These products offer mobile device connectivity to simplify printing and offer support options such as Google Cloud Print 2.0. Facilitating the use of these features the L5000 and L6000 incorporate color touchscreen interfaces that allow for the creation for as many as 48 customized shortcuts.
Addressing higher volume printing environments the company has also announced its HL-L6300DW printer and MFC-L6800DW all-in-one products.
Brother says these products copy up to 48 pages per minute, and they offer monochrome scanning speeds up to 50 images per minute, single-pass, two-sided monochrome scanning at rates up to 100 images per minute. The company supports the HL-L6300DW and MFC-L6800DW with 250 sheet and 520 sheet trays, and it adds the products are compatible with its high-yield 12,000-page replacement toner cartridge.
