A Closer Look at the Atlona Velocity and Omega Series Products
Atlona’s Velocity System provides dealers with a new level of control, room scheduling, and asset management. The AV control platform brings together a unique set of capabilities resulting in easy system scalability and a low cost of ownership. Velocity’s IP-based system architecture allows a single, networked processor to serve multiple AV systems simultaneously, leading to overall AV system control efficiency. Velocity also saves valuable time with the ability to configure control systems in minutes, and quickly make system modifications free of extensive programming.
The Omega Series is a family of switching, extension, and video processing solutions with features and technologies designed for today’s meeting and gathering spaces. Ideal for modern conferencing applications, Omega Series products offer simple connect and present user operation; built-in automation with auto-switching; universal AV connectivity for HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C and HDBaseT extension for 4K video, control, Ethernet, and USB at a cost-effective price appropriate for facilities and businesses.
SnapAV dealers working with Atlona’s Omega Series can also benefit from the Omega Room Builder, an online tool and resource that helps identify which Omega Series AV switchers and extenders are needed for an AV integration project or system design. Integrators use the tool by selecting the room environment which best matches their application requirements and then answering the proceeding prompts. Those in need of additional assistance can also reach out to a member of Atlona’s sales team.
“We are excited to continuously expand our relationship with SnapAV and offer integrators access to our vast product lines not only through SnapAV’s ecommerce platform, but their expanding local distribution presence,” adds Steve Neylon, Eastern U.S., sales and distribution manager, Atlona.
