ProjX360—an end-to-end project management platform for integrators by integrators—has announced new proposal enhancements, including two new Proposal Builder options and improvements to search, multi-add functionality, and live system totals.
The company asserts that product searches are now more convenient for ProjX360 users. The product search window has been moved from the left to the top of the user interface, giving users more room onscreen to see product information below the Proposal Builder. Now, when a user searches for a product, a drawer slides out that allows them to add products simply by searching for a brand or category and adding packages. Additionally, a new multi-add feature allows users to add a product to multiple locations at once and select the quantity of that product for each location, a more efficient approach that saves integrators time. Finally, live system totals during proposal building allow integrators to have a running tally on overall system cost.
“This is just the beginning. We will be making numerous Proposal improvements—over 100, in fact—and releasing them as they are complete over the course of the next six months,” says Doug Greenwald, Owner of ProjX360. “We are committed to making this aspect of ProjX360 an exemplary and attractive part of ProjX360 project management software now and in the future.”
In addition to these across-the-board improvements, ProjX360 has introduced a flexible approach to proposal building that gives users options for how they want to build proposals. They now have the flexibility to choose from two different Proposal Builders—the Core Builder and the Power Builder—with a third basic builder set to be released later this fall. Both the Core Builder and the Power Builder include all the new search, multi-add, and live system total features outlined above. The main difference between the two newly released Proposal Builders is that the Core Builder consolidates the individual line item product information into sections so users can see all the product information without having to scroll left and right. The Power Builder is the current Proposal Builder users are familiar with, but with all the improvements to the user experiences outlined above. For the ultimate convenience, you can switch between Proposal Builders anytime without losing your information.
