Leviton is adding to the line of Decora Smart Wi-Fi switches and dimmers with the Decora Smart Wi-Fi ELV/LED Phase-Selectable Dimmer, a versatile dimmer offering lighting control and performance for both professional and consumer applications.
The new dimmer is designed to work with My Leviton, Matter and popular consumer-grade smart home platforms like Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings and Apple Home.
According to Leviton, the Decora Smart Wi-Fi ELV/LED Phase-Selectable Dimmer is designed to integrate with a wide range of lighting types, including ELV, LED< CFL< incandescent and halogen, as well as undercabinet, toe-kick, track, recessed, accent or tape lighting.
The dimmers come with forward or reverse phase dimming modes for broad compatibility and smooth diming performance with LEDs. Installers can also tune the dimming range and fade rates to gradually turn on and off.
Leviton calls its newest dimmer “the most connected ELV dimmer on the market” as it works with the My Leviton app and various smart home platforms, as well as Matter.
Users can also personalize present light levels and settings to fine-tune performance and prevent flickering. The My Leviton app also features the ability to program lights to automatically become softer at night or auto-shutoff to ensure lights are never left on unintentionally.
The dimmers can be paired with a wire-free Anywhere Companion Dimmer or a hard-wired Companion Dimmer.
