Level Access, a provider of digital accessibility solutions, reported that it surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) earlier this year. This figure the company claims, makes it the first-ever digital accessibility-only company to achieve this milestone.
“Achieving this milestone is a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering a market-leading solution that scales to meet complex organizational needs,” says Mark Zablan, CEO of Level Access. “But this milestone represents much more than a financial achievement. It reflects the extraordinary work we are doing—together—with organizations around the world to make digital experiences accessible for everyone and the meaningful impact this work has on the lives of countless individuals who experience digital barriers.”
More than 1.3 billion people worldwide live with a disability, the smart home security company cites. Many of those disabilities according to Level Access, impact the way in which an individual can interact with a digital experience or whether they can interact at all.
Under the leadership of new CEO Mark Zablan, who was appointed to the position in October 2024, Level Access states that it will build on its financial success to accelerate its growth trajectory, renewing its focus on solution innovation, finding and hiring top-tier talent, and strategically expanding into new markets. The company’s expansion plan includes supporting more organizations in the U.S., as well as organizations in Europe, as digital accessibility mandates take hold around the world.
“The unwavering support from our current investors at KKR and JMI has been instrumental in our journey,” adds Zablan. “I’m honored to lead our incredibly talented team through this next phase of growth as we continue transforming the digital accessibility industry.”
