Home Connect 918
The HomeConnect 918 offers robust features including support for up to 250 unique user codes, enhanced S2 security encryption for advanced protection against unauthorized access, SmartStart provisioning for simplified setup, and Z-Wave Long Range technology for greater flexibility in smart home installations.
The 918’s long-range wireless communication, faster response times, and improved battery efficiency make it ideal for both residential and commercial properties, Kwikset states.
Home Connect 620
Kwikset’s HomeConnect 620, already a popular lock, now incorporates Z-Wave Long Range technology. It continues to support up to 250 unique user codes, S2 security encryption, and SmartStart provisioning, ensuring integration with leading Z-Wave smart home systems.
Both the HomeConnect 918 and 620 retain Kwikset’s trusted SmartKey Security technology, which protects against advanced break-in techniques and allows homeowners to rekey their locks in seconds, the company adds.
