Designed for applications such as hush boxes, Home Theatre Glasses’ Port Window line of products brings a commercial solution into home environments.
Home Theatre Glass explains that its OptiClear Anti Reflective Glass, which is at the heart of its Port Window product is used in commercial theaters throughout the world.
According to the company, its Port Window product that incorporates its OptiClear Anti Reflective Glass helps more of the light produced by a projector to pass through the glass to reach projection screens.
The Port Window product through the use of the OptiClear is a camera-quality glass that provides less than a half a percent of reflection to allow more than 99% of light to pass.
Home Theatre Glass offers a selection of standard Port Window sizes and glass thicknesses, and the company also provides professional integrators the ability to custom order the windows with a choice of glass thicknesses.
The Lake Forest, Calif.-based company adds that its products are used by studios such as Universal, Paramount, Warner Bros, MGM and IMAX, and it is a CEDIA member.
