Combining the latest audio technologies with an industrial design by Ross Lovegrove, the newly announced KEF MU7 noise-cancelling headphones provide users with high levels of sound quality and style.
KEF states that it worked with Lovegrove to create a sleek looking over-the-ear headphone that adds to its selection of products that also employ the designer’s contemporary designs. Available in a choice of silver gray or charcoal gray finishes, the KEF MU7 headphones feature an ergonomic design with aluminum materials and ear cups that fit comfortably and snuggly to users’ ears.
The company points out the MU7 provides capacitive touchpad capabilities on its right ear cup to allow users to answer calls, skip tracks and adjust the volume through a series of taps and swipes.
Addressing audio, the KEF MU7 noise-cancelling headphones incorporate advanced codec technologies to help the product reproduce a range of content, including high-resolution audio without compromise. Each ear cup features a full-range dynamic driver, and KEF adds that its latest headphones also employ Smart Active Noise Cancellation technologies that use multiple filters to capture ambient noise before applying algorithms that target specific frequencies.
KEF adds the MU7 also features its Clear Voice Capture (cVc) technology that isolates spoken voices while minimizing background noise.
