Russound has announced the appointment of Andrew Werdean to the position of key account sales director for Western U.S. and Canada.
Based in Chandler, Ariz., Andrew Werdean, whose extensive background in audio, custom installation, and business consulting includes leadership roles at Dynaudio, Remote Technologies, Inc. (RTI), and Jamo-Klipsch, will use his knowledge of the industry and the Russound line to support the company’s dealers and distributors in the Western region. He reports directly to Russound CEO Charlie Porritt.

Werdean’s experience in consumer electronics and custom audio includes a four-year stint at Dynaudio Group, Americas region, where he served as president/CEO from 2017-2020, following a year as vice president of sales. Earlier in his career, Werdean held key sales positions at both RTI and at Jamo-Klipsch, USA Region.
