The company was founded by Jason Sayen, a trained and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), who brings 27 years of experience in the CEDIA Channel.
Jason Sayen’s mission is to help companies align teams, streamline operations, and build a foundation for scaling through effective process improvement initiatives designed to improve operations and achieve their business goals.
