Audio Advice has announced the appointment of Alex Borrero as general manager Raleigh. Jim Williamson, the long-time General Manager of Raleigh will move into a new role as chief of staff and systems.

Alex oversaw the rollout of multiple Magnolia Design Centers across the Southeast and has a terrific reputation,” comments Gregg Chopper, Audio Advice Chief Operating Officer. “We are super excited to have Alex join our team.”
Jim Williamson is transitioning into a newly created strategic leadership role. This move aligns with Audio Advice’s growth strategy, focusing on technology systems, human resource development, and operational efficiency. This will support Audio Advice’s focus of targeting companies and potential employees for acquisition and assessing cultural fit.

According to the N.C.-based dealer, Jim Williamson has been a key figure in Audio Advice’s success for over 16 years after Audio Advice acquired his company Innovative Systems. He subsequently launched Audio Advice Charlotte and grew Audio Advice Raleigh to one of the nations top locations. ,
“Moving forward, Jim will oversee critical initiatives such as completing our unique company-wide ERP system and developing comprehensive employee training programs to support internal growth and career paths. Audio Advice is currently preparing for Audio Advice Live which is the nation’s largest home theater show and second largest audio show, held in downtown Raleigh August 2-4, 2024.
