We have good news for manufacturers who need a little more time preparing any 2019 CE Pro BEST Product Awards entries. CE Pro has extended the deadline to Friday, August 2 for all entries.
The awards, which recognize the best technologies, products, and services for the smart home, will be presented to the winners at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, September 12 on the Tech Talk Stage at the CEDIA Expo in Denver.

The CE Pro BEST (Best Electronic Systems Technologies) Awards “offer an incredible glimpse into the future for the entire residential integration industry,” says Jason Knott, editor-in-chief of CE Pro.
“Some of the products and technologies that integrators now consider mainstays to their businesses made their first appearance in the market via the BEST Awards. These entries truly represent the cutting edge of technology.
What will I need to enter?
To complete your submission, you will need the following information (* = Mandatory):
- Manufacturer EXACTLY as it should appear in promotion and on awards. *
- Product Name EXACTLY as it should appear in promotion and on awards. *
- Category *
- MSRP *
- Ship Date *
- Is this product embargoed until CEDIA 2019? (September 10th 2019) *
- Company logo *
- Upload up to 10 product photos * (one is mandatory)
- Upload additional product specifications document here
- Product Video (upload a video or provide a link)
- Describe your product's design and/or technological innovation. * (200 words maximum)
- Describe the three most important functional features of this product. * (100 words maximum)
- How does your product stand out from others in this category? * (200 words maximum)
- Please provide a promotional description to be used in print and online listings. * (50 words maximum)

Rules:
- Your product must have shipped either in the 12 months before the August 2, 2019 deadline or be set to debut in the 6 months after (July 2018 – February 2020).
- If you have an exciting new product that will not ship until 2020, consider entering the “Most Promising” award.
- Existing products that have been enhanced are eligible for entry.

- Step 2: Complete the product details for your entry (outlined above) any time before the July 19, 2019 deadline. Just log in to access Step 2 for your account
Finalists will be notified via email in August 2019 and announced in an award presentation and on www.cepro.com in September 2019.
Judging Criteria
A number of industry experts, as well as the CE Pro editorial staff, will consider all aspects such as your product's design and/or technological innovation, most important functional features of this product, and how your product stands out from others in this category.
