Remote Technologies, Inc., (RTI) offers a range of control solutions that span from the T4x Flagship Controller to its latest product, the U3 Weatherproof Controller.
The new U3 Weatherproof Controller provides users with a wireless remote control solution engineered to reside in environments that are too harsh for standard remote control products like bathrooms, pools, and hot tubs.
The company points out the U3 utilizes inductive charging and wireless programming updates that support its sealed chassis that eliminates the need to plug cables into the remote.
According to RTI, the outdoor remote control also combines the power and convenience of its E-Ink display with a selection of hard-button keys that help to streamline device and system control.
The U3's display is designed to be easy to read in bright light environments, and integrators can customize the display through the use of companion design templates.
The U3 will be available in June 2019.
RTI Flagship Controller & RTiQ Monitoring
RTI T4x Flagship Controller Incorporates Wi-Fi and Dual RF
The T4x Flagship Controller was developed for use in any contemporary home environment and incorporates the company's latest industrial design that emphases ergonomics.
The remote also offers a high-resolution 4-inch capacitive touchscreen and fully programmable soft-touch buttons. Moreover, the T4x incorporates Wi-Fi and dual RF to provide integrators a choice of wireless control formats.
RTiQ Monitoring Supports Dealers
In addition to its new remote controls, RTI has introduced its RTiQ remote monitoring solution that is free to authorized dealers.
RTI says integrators can set the program up to monitor RTI-based control and automation systems that employ the RTI XP control processor.
Using the product, integrators can monitor the status of devices from a dashboard anywhere in the world, and they can set the program up to issue email and text notifications if a failure occurs.
Once an alert is issued, the program will help integrators track down the cause of the problem and will guide integrators through measures to correct the issue.
Customizable options with the RTiQ include the rebooting of devices, running macros, and sending specific commands.
