Choosing the right software can be a difficult decision for many integrators, that's why ConnectWise is making the choice easier for dealers with its end-to-end ConnectWise MANAGE software solution, which aims to help dealers run their business without any gaps.
“It solves time-tracking ticketing, work-order management, project management and integrates into an accounting package so you are capturing all the billable time and have the organizational efficiency,” says Johnathan Cox, regional sales manager at ConnectWise.
ConnectWise MANAGE allows an integrator to create reports for any area of the company and identify the most profitable (and least profitable) areas of the operation to give dealers the information they need to change, grow and adapt.
“Most integrators we deal with are using Quickbooks and multiple software systems and they don’t really have a centralized process. That’s where we come in,” he says.
Cox says the biggest efficiency improvements usually occur in the scheduling/dispatching area.
“It all comes down to billable time and the ability to have transparency in your organization so you can say, ‘I know where we are with this project or client.”
The information also lets dealers pinpoint the specific profitable areas that they should scale up to make more money.
In conjunction with ConnectWise MANAGE, the company offers ConnectWise SELL, which is a proposal platform that integrates with multiple distributors, allowing dealers to pull down real-time pricing information into their quotes.
The software also allows integrators to deliver the proposal to a prospective client via a secure link. The customer can then simply sign off using an e-signature system for expediency. From there, it seamlessly goes back to ConnectWise MANAGE.
“The process is seamless, from delivering the quote to clients to even having visibility to know when they have opened the proposal so you can walk them through it if necessary to servicing the system on the back end,” says Cox.
