CEDIA 2017 comes to San Diego on Sept. 5-9 and in preparation for the show, CE Pro spoke to Earl Naegele, managing director, commercial sales at Peerless-AV, about what the company has in store for CEDIA attendees in booth #6565.
What would you say to dealers who are stumbling across your company for the first time?
For dealers who are just learning about Peerless-AV, we want to introduce them to our wide range of offerings – from mounting solutions to outdoor TVs to wireless and beyond.
CEDIA will be the perfect opportunity for them to visit our booth to experience the high quality offerings we have. Also, this is a great show for them to learn about our latest products coming to market.
What would you say to dealers who are already familiar with your product line?
Dealers that are already familiar with our products know what Peerless-AV stands for – high quality solutions that meet their customers’ needs. We look forward to welcoming our friendly dealers back to our booth where we can show off the latest and greatest from Peerless-AV.
If a dealer/integrator stops by your booth with only 5 minutes to spare, what’s the one product he should examine or one question he should ask?

Why are you looking forward to CEDIA coming to San Diego for the first time?
We are looking forward to this year’s CEDIA being in San Diego for a number of reasons. First, hosting the show in a brand new location allows for a new group of attendees to be on the showroom floor. As an exhibitor, this is a great opportunity to introduce our brand to individuals that may not have met with us in the past.
Second, hosting in San Diego holds a close spot to our hearts as Peerless-AV will be sponsoring the Queen of Hearts Benefit Concert taking place on September 7 at Humphries Concerts by the Bay. This event supports GenerateHope, a local San Diego organization that offers support to sex trafficking survivors and works to eradicate the sex trade.
Last, we are excited to take advantage of this amazing location through evening activities and customer/partner dinners. It is a great reason to explore the city of San Diego.

Our Director of Emerging Technologies, Todd Mares, will be presenting on “Tips and Tricks: Creating the Ultimate Outdoor AV Experience” on Wednesday, September 6 at 10:30 AM.
Craig Recchia, Peerless-AV’s Sales Application Engineer and Installation Trainer, will be leading a Manufacturer Product Training focusing on our “Certified Installer Bronze Level: Getting to Know the Basics” on Thursday, September 7 at 1:00 PM.
Do you have any giveaways, contests or quirky features planned for CEDIA?
As the official outdoor display provider of Daytona, we will be hosting a giveaway at our booth for a Daytona 500 Prize Package consisting of two VIP tickets to the 2018 Daytona 500, a three-night hotel stay, airline gift card and $250 spending money.
