It's pretty simple, says Salvatore Carrabba, president and founder of Salamander Designs: Selling home theater seating and cabinetry is all about boosting the profit on every project.
“For dealers, this is all about a chance to expand the ticket and add more to the sale, while also enhancing the experience,” he says bluntly.
To help dealers do just that, Salamander has expanded its home theater seating to add the Luca and Lilliana lines.
“Both of these styles are really premium grade in terms of styles and construction in keeping with the way Salamander goes to market,” he notes.
The seating is actually modeled after the seating you might find in a luxury automobile, such as channel stitching and diamond-pattern stitching. Carrabba says Bentley and Range Rover were inspirations to develop the seating lines.
Meanwhile, Carrabba also discusses the company's expansion into commercial mobile stands, wall mounts and touch mounts, along with Salamander's new low-profile cabinets.
