What would you say to dealers who are already familiar with your product line?

If you’re familiar with Luxul, but haven’t tried our products recently, take a closer look. We have a completely new line of products including a Wireless Controller, 802.11ac APs, Layer 3 PoE+ switches, and a full line of switch and router products designed for use in AV racks—with ports on the back and LEDs on the front.
What would you say to dealers who are stumbling across your company for the first time?
A great customer experience starts with a reliable network. We want to be your “go to” networking partner in creating that superior customer experience. New dealers are typically surprised at how easy the products are to set up, how well they perform and how much better their profit margins are by installing a Luxul network — not to mention our free training, lifetime technical support and other programs designed specifically to help our dealers succeed.
If an integrator stops by your booth with only 5 minutes to spare, what’s the one product he should examine or one question he should ask?
Definitely take a look at our next generation router series; and in particular, the XWR-3100, which is more than just a wireless router. It's also a wireless controller that incorporates Luxul’s Roam Assist technology, allowing for simple integration of up to two additional access points without compromising signal quality or dropping off when a client device transitions between access points.
It’s a great solution for those homes or small businesses that need broader coverage than a single router or access point can handle. As always is the case with Luxul products, this router is specifically designed for pro-installers and will help them cost-effectively scale the network to satisfy the ever-increasing demand for better Wi-Fi.
What’s your most memorable CEDIA moment?
Several years ago I walked into a CEDIA-sponsored network training course being taught by Luxul to find a standing-room only crowd. That was such a strong indication of how much dealers recognized the need to learn and better understand the importance of building a quality network for each and every project. And, it is the reason Luxul has placed so much emphasis on our dealer training programs.

Do you have any giveaways, contests or quirky features planned for CEDIA?
Five times each day, Luxul will offer 10-minute booth trainings with topics ranging from “Remote Management” to “HD-over-IP” and “Distributed Wireless Audio.” Technology partners including Sonos, Domotz and JustAddPower will participate. Think of your closest competitor. What is one thing you do offer that they don’t?
