CEDIA Expo, has announced its newly branded “Launchpad,” which is an area of the show where the newest residential technology brands share their innovations. Formerly, Innovation Alley, The Launchpad is designed to highlight brands that have been in business for fewer than three years and have never exhibited at CEDIA Expo. CEDIA Propel brands will also be participating in the LaunchPad.
“CEDIA Expo has been a great way for our company to get exposure to Integrators and Manufacturers in the industry,” states J.B. Fowler of Domotz.
“Innovation Alley (now the Launchpad) provided a forum to showcase our technology and educate the channel on how Domotz could improve their business models. I’m looking forward to continued success with CEDIA Expo.”
Current brands in The Launchpad area include:
- AutoSlide – Booth 2835
- Blonder Tongue Labs – Booth 2933
- GDC Technology (USA), LLC – Booth 3133
- Guard Dog Solutions Inc. – Booth 2735
- Monitoreal – Booth 3029
- Orro – Booth 2729
- PantryOn – Booth 3035
- PerfTech – Booth 3033
“CEDIA Expo and Innovation Alley – now The Launchpad – were absolutely pivotal in enabling us to test the dealer market for our product, while at the same time provide unbelievable exposure and build valuable relationships in the industry,” comments Trung Pham, CEO and Founder, AXIS.
The Launchpad exhibitors are automatically entered into the TechStarter program that was a show feature for the first time in 2019. Exhibiting Launchpad brands will pitch products and services to industry leaders for a chance to be chosen as a “TechStarter FIVE.” If chosen, they will receive social media coverage, media training, interviews, and participate in the awards ceremony for the chance to win a prize valued at $5000.
