Because DISH’s third generation Hopper DVR comes equipped with 16 tuners and a powerful Broadcom processor, integrators can offer customers a true sports bar at home experience without the need for an expensive video processor.
The MultiView feature divides the TV screen into 4 sections, each with the ability to display a different channel. Monitor multiple games at once or get complete coverage of breaking news or weather.
With a 4K display or video projector, each video stream will play at 1080p for a great user-experience.
MultiView works with live TV, as well as On Demand and recorded TV shows and movies. Once the TV screen is divided into 4 screens, toggle among the four channels to choose an audio feed. The MultiView feature is compatible with both 4K and HD televisions when connected to a Hopper® 3.
