SaaviHome, a Denver, Colo.-based integrator serving the residential and light commercial markets, is launching a new franchise business model designed to give entrepreneurs an entry into the industry.
According to the company, the program is specifically designed for entrepreneurs and is complete with technology training, marketing support and access to SaaviHome’s network of resources.
Citing CEDIA’s 2022 Integrated Home Market Analysis, the company says the value of the smart home market in the U.S. is $20.1 billion, with about 11,000 integrator companies in the U.S. with an average annual revenue of $2.2 million based on an average project size of $26,000.
With the company experiencing a nearly 300% growth rate since 2020 from servicing the Mountain West region, SaaviHome wants to continue its growth while offering others a chance to enter the market. According to the company, that growth is directly attributed to operating within the same systems and processes available in the franchise model.
In a statement, president and founder Gavin Lantzy says the company has solved home technology challenges for years and has developed a strong business, which it wants to extend to franchise partners.

SaaviHome’s franchinse program combines the company’s integration expertise and business processes, giving franchisees the tools needed to launch a successful SaaviHome franhchise that includes five key components: marketing and sales launchpad, vetted technology packages, centralized accounting and bookkeeping, customer service support and business and leadership training.
The company is currently taking applications for franchisee candidates in the Mountain West region, specifically in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.
