Custom Integration Training is a comprehensive review of what the DISH CI program entails.  It covers who to contact, how to access information, and best practices.  It provides an overview of DISH, its history and future, a step-by-step review of how to place an order, and equipment basics — all covered in an hour.

When is training available? 

Currently training is based upon demand.  If you wish to schedule training, you may reach out to our Strategic Trainer Raven Graves, at raven.graves@dish.com or at 281-667-1089.    Please provide your OE# in your correspondence.   You can always reach out to your Account Executive (Will Walker or Chris Bruno) as well.

I’m busy – can I do this on demand/on my own?

This program is instructor-led , but we can accommodate your schedule.   We have trainers in different time zones that meet your needs before or after your work hours if needed.

Is in-office training available?

Yes, we can schedule in-office training based upon demand (if you have a group of 5 or more people that need to be trained).  Otherwise we find virtual training is the smart way to proceed.

Can I request training on a specific topic?

Yes, if we don’t have your topic readily available, we can find that content for you.  Please work with us to provide us with advance notice so we can prepare training materials for you.

Can I request training for staff members?

You definitely can – just provide the contact person(s) with whom we can work to arrange the training, and the method of training.

What is the benefit of being trained? 

By investing just one hour in training, you will know who to call about what you need, you will obtain sales tips and how to discuss DISH, including transitional statements and how to integrate into your control platform discovery discussion.  This can help you to bring DISH into the conversation with your client.   We will address questions about how to place an order, how to complete paperwork, and how to best position yourself for success.
