Lightworks partnered with DISH’s Custom Integrator program three years ago as a result of hearing about the DISH CI Program at a CE Pro event, and in meeting with Chris Bruno and Frank DeFilippis.  While they had previously worked with DirecTV, Troy indicated that his highest priority in working with a video provider was to recapture control of the relationship.

Troy saves his highest compliments for his relationship with and level of support he receives from Chris Bruno, his Strategic Account Manager for the Western U.S., and how that is then reflected in the high caliber of personnel in the DISH CI program.   “I know I’m in good hands with DISH.  And that comfort level means I now recommend DISH as much as possible to my clients.  In fact, I’m going out to an existing client who earlier insisted upon a different video service, who have grown frustrated with the poor customer service of dealing with that carrier, to replace all of their boxes with DISH.  I hate to tell them I told you so, but in this case, I told them so!”

DISH’s white glove philosophy matched Lightwork’s need to reclaim control of the installation process, as well as to escape the horrific experience of cable boxes resetting, powering down, and requiring the client to reboot their control system due to the instability of the cable box.
