MSE SoundTube STNet Switch Optimized for Dante Audio

Adaptable to a range of installations that include residential, the new MSE Audio SoundTube Entertainment STNet Switch II helps integrators in both markets utilize SoundTube's digital speakers in a range of installations.

MSE Audio, the parent company of consumer audio brands such as dARTS, Phase Technology and Induction Dynamics, has unveiled its new STNet Switch II, a proprietary Power over Ethernet (PoE) device that incorporates the Dante protocol. 

The STNet Switch II provides 16 ports and it designed to product to support its STNet IPD Speaker products.

“Incorporating Dante-optimization to the STNet Switch II creates a simple-to-use system with a wide range of interoperability and functionality. The SoundTube Entertainment STNet line is designed to be efficient, economical and versatile through Dante-enabled functionality.”

Dante-Enabled SoundTube STNet Switch II Included DHCP Server 

Designed for a range of digital audio installation scenarios, the SoundTube STNet Switch II is a 1-RU, 16-port Gigabit switch that includes a 700-watt proprietary power supply.

The STNet Switch delivers 40 watts to each SoundTube IPD speaker connected to the switch, and its advanced features allows integrators to fine tune the switch to specific installations.

The Kansas-based company points out the STNet Switch features a built-in DHCP server and a pair of SFP ports for fiber or additional Ethernet connections.
