Sound United adds former B&W brand Classé Audio to its portfolio that includes Denon, Marantz, Polk, Definitive Technology and Boston Acoustics.

DTS, a subsidiary of Xperi Corporation, is partnering with Sound United to incorporate DTS Virtual:X into select Denon and Marantz receivers.

Denon IN Command X series AVRs ($279-$579 MSRP) will feature Dolby Vision, HLG HDR and Heos wireless multiroom technology.

Sound United, the parent company of Polk Audio and Definitive Technology, has purchased D+M Group and its brands, including Denon, Marantz, HEOS and Boston Acoustics. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
