Crestron Manual-to-Motorized Charlie Derk demonstrates how Crestron’s new roller-shading system goes from manual to motorized with the simple insertion of a motor. We spotted competitors eyeing the product with a look that said, “Duh, why didn’t I think of that?” It’s not a terribly novel idea, but Crestron appears to be the first to develop and market such a product, at least for the CEDIA channel.
