I think in the next 10 years voice could be a primary interface. True AI is definitely on the horizon and I for one cannot wait. I’m a huge fan of C4, Savant and Crestron but I cant help but notice each month that goes by the tech companies are out innovating them rapidly.  I’m still waiting for the big 3 to actually release something new and innovative, new wall-pads are not innovative! adding z-wave? that’s old news. New therms? years behind. wireless speaker amps? been there, done that.

Josh is a breath of fresh air because they are thinking outside the box and offering something that nobody else is in our space. They’re actually trying to do something NEW and EXCITING.
