“Defendants’ experience as a Sonos distributor was a catalyst for Defendants’ decision to launch the Bluesound System in 2013 and to target the wireless audio market that Sonos created.”

Next thing you know you’re going to tell me that many products are formed to improve upon existing products. Oh, the inhumanity!

Their earliest patents will still be around another five years, and some will be around until 2036, so we’re only seeming the beginning of this.
