This looks EXTREMELY promising!  I have been doing some personal research on the Tesla system…and decided that it’s not for me.  Their system requires an internet connection for the battery to function, and if your internet goes down (say, during a power outage), the system will not work.  If I spend the money to install solar power and a battery system, I expect the system to run independent of the power grid in the event of a power failure!  The ability of the battery to run without heating up is a huge plus as well, as is the integrated inverter.  It’s ALMOST at the “plug and play” stage here.  Can’t wait to see more from these guys.
