In the audiophile community the San Francisco-based distributor Sumiko has earned a following among dealers and enthusiasts that appreciate its line of products, which include Sonus faber and Vienna Acoustics.

The company is building a similar following in the video category with its Wolf cinema brand and products like its new DCL-200FD LED projector.

The single-chip DLP-based LED light engine unit offers a 1920x1080 resolution, the company’s VariScope FX 2.35:1 anamorphic lens option, a brightness rating as high as 750 ANSI Lumens, compliance with the Rec.709 color specification and a full on/off contrast ratio of 100,000:1.

Wolf also includes six HDMI inputs, RS-232 control capabilities, a USB service port, a 12-volt trigger and selection of analog and PC inputs.
