Tripp Lite UPS Protects Equipment & Conserves Energy
Tripp Lite's ECO750UPS is an Energy Star certified power solution that backs up, protects and manages a home's electrical consumption, and the RoHS compliant solution includes 12 NEMA 5-15R outlets.
The Midwestern-based company Tripp Lite makes a broad array of solutions for the residential and commercial electronics markets at a range of price points to allow a broad demographic of users access to its products.
Tripp Lite’s latest product, the newly announced ECO750UPS combines the options of an uninterruptable power supply (UPS), along with surge protection and energy saving power management capabilities. The Chicago-based company says that electronics professionals can utilize the product to provide their clients with a dependable power management solution that is government approved.
“The Energy Star label allows customers to easily identify our energy-saving UPS systems,” notes David Slotten, vice president, product marketing, Tripp Lite.
“Customers will see the Energy Star label on more of our energy-saving UPS systems as we continue to submit products for qualification. The Energy Star program is a key component of our ongoing commitment to provide the most reliable and efficient UPS systems in the industry.”
Tripp Lite says that through the product’s Energy Star certified energy management options homeowners can save as much as $50 a year on their electrical bills and they can protect their investment in devices like computers, printers and other components through the surge protection and UPS options the ECO750UPS incorporates. The RoHS compliant UPS product also includes a NEMA 5-15P power cable, 12 NEMA 5-15R outlets; options for USB, DSL and RJ11 surge protection, and installers can download Tripp Lite’s PowerAlert UPS monitoring software to remotely manage a client’s power status.
