Rick Komendera Joins Surgex as VP of Sales
N.C.-based power protection company appoints former president of Richard Gray's Power Company as new vice president of sales.
SurgeX has appointed Rick Komendera as its new vice president of sales. In his new roll with the N.C.-based power protection/conditioning manufacturer, Komendera will be tasked with introducing the company’s Pro line of products into the residential custom electronics channel.
Prior to joining SurgeX, Komendera was the President of Richard Gray’s Power Company (RGPC) and in this role he was instrumental in helping RGPC’s growth within the custom electronics market. It was based on this background that Surgex brought Komendera onto its staff.
“I am very familiar with the market and the power sector in particular and I am looking forward to showing dealers the unique benefits of SurgeX’s Advanced Series Mode protection,” says Komendera.
“With SurgeX powering installations like the Carnegie Hall, Yankee Stadium, as well as the new Dallas Cowboys’ Stadium, I know dealers are going to be very excited to be able to offer this to their residential clients” Komendera stated.”
Stephen Galloway, President of ESP SurgeX adds that SurgeX is pleased to have Komendera on staff to help launch the company’s residential line.
“With our one-of-a-kind technology and Rick’s talents, we’re looking forward to a very successful 2010,” says Galloway.
