Professional Home Cinema (PHC) is unveiling two in-wall loudspeakers and one subwoofer, all to be displayed at CEDIA Expo 2008.

The speakers include the two-way SCRS-26im and the SCRS-6iw. Both use PHC’s digital amplifier technology, employing proprietary DSP for high-resolution frequency response, crossover functions, boundary effects compensation and driver time alignment.

The SCRS-26im is a high-output loudspeaker only 3.375-inches deep that outputs levels to 120dB. It employs a 1-inch horn-loaded compression driver with neodymium motor and dual 6-inch professional-grade woofers.

The SCRS-26im also features:

  • PHC’s “Invisible Mount” design
  • An integrated mud-ring that adjusts to fit various sheetrock depths
  • Removable baffle with quick-connect wiring harness
  • Pick-points and mounting hardware

The SCRS-6iw frameless loudspeaker features the same high-frequency horn-loaded compression driver. It has a single 6-inch professional-grade woofer in a smaller design.

The LFC-210iw subwoofer features dual 10-inch drivers with neodymium motor systems. Each driver terminates to an independent set of binding posts making the LFC-210iw impedance configurable as 2 x 4-ohm or 1 x 8-ohm.

It uses proprietary DSP for crossover functions and performance optimization. The sub has extension to 22Hz and a maximum output of 114dB.

PHC did not release pricing or availability information.
