Lowell Manufacturing Introduces New Rack Lighting Products
Celebrating its 70th anniversary, Lowell Manufacturing announces its RLB Series of vertical-mount light bars and RPL Series of light-panel mounts to illuminate racks for dealers.
Tools that aid dealers are easy to overlook.
However, when it comes to the latest solutions from the Midwestern company Lowell Manufacturing, integrators are sure to appreciate the company's new RLB Series of vertical-mount light bars and RPL Series of rack-mount panels.
Lowell, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary, says its latest products were conceived from a need outside of typical dealer needs.
"The ideas [for the lighting products] developed out of lighting our team assembled for trade-show displays," says Kathleen Lane, marketing communications manager, Lowell Manufacturing. "Customers were drawn to the bright rack interiors and wanted to include that type of lighting in their own projects."
The RLB Series light bars are designed to mount vertically within the rear corners of racks or rails using magnetic backing to allow for quick adjustments. The light bars are available in lengths ranging from 16 inches to 60 inches to accommodate racks begining at 10RU.
Kits include two light bars, a power supply and a choice of a manual rocker or an automatic proximity switch for hands-free operation. The company points out the lighting products' included hardware enables dealers to mount the switch nearly anywhere inside or outside of the rack.
The RPL Series of rack-mount light panels come standard in 19-inch sizes; front/rear rack rails or to the top section of the racks with 19-inch openings. The 1U panels include five wide-diffusion high output LED modules that produce 525 lumens, and they incorporate power on/off buttons and power supplies.
