Inside Former NY Giant Michael Strahan’s High-Tech Villa
Ex-New York Giant defensive lineman Michael Strahan is selling his $6.9 high-tech villa. Take a look inside.
Former New York Giants defensive lineman Michael Strahan may be best known for setting the single-season sack record or winning the Super Bowl in his final year. But he should also receive kudos for good housing taste - or at least hiring someone with good taste.
Strahan’s Westgate Avenue home in Los Angeles, Calif. recently hit the market for $6.95 million. Situated in the exclusive Brentwood neighborhood, Strahan bought the house in 2009 with Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife, Nicole Howell, shortly after their engagement in 2009 for $5 million.
Featuring six bedrooms, eight baths and an equipped chef’s kitchen and center island with Viking stainless steel appliances, the villa is perfect for entertaining. Of course there are the celebrity standard flat panel adorning the walls of every room and dedicated home theater, but Strahan’s home has extra highlights like an audio system in the shower and an elevator.
