HAI by Leviton Launches Omni LTe Home Control System
New Omni LTe from HAI by Leviton offers $576 home control for multiple subsystems with remote access from Android and iOS devices.
HAI by Leviton, recently formed when Leviton acquired HAI, didn’t wait long to get a new product out on the market. The company announced the launch of its new Omni LTe home control system that coordinates multiple subsystems including lighting, heating and air, security, audio/video, scenes and messaging.
The Omni LTe system controls homes and businesses by schedule, motion detection, door openings, sunrise, sunset, alarm activation/deactivation and more.
The system has an MSRP of just $576 with a strong dealer margin built in.
The system features an Ethernet port and may be controlled remotely from a PC, laptop, tablet, Smartphone or e-Reader, as well as onsite from in-wall or table-top touch screens. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) devices.
“The HAI by Leviton Omni LTe provides users with a full spectrum of advanced automation for efficient and convenient home control,” explains Jay McLellan, president of HAI by Leviton. “The Omni LTe acts as the brain of automated buildings by coordinating all of the systems within a space to communicate with each other to enhance security, save money and add peace of mind.”
Omni LTe controllers are CP-01 compliant and UL Listed residential security and fire systems, detecting intrusion, smoke and fire, carbon monoxide, water and other hazards with wired or wireless sensors. The Omni LTe can control up to 32 individual lighting loads, accommodate up to four access control readers and coordinate up to four thermostats.
The system supports the following protocols and products: X-10, UPB, Omni-Bus, ZigBee, Vizia RF Z-Wave, Clipsal C-Bus, Dynalite, Coolmaster, KNX, HAI Hi-Fi and HAI Hi-Fi 2.
The system is now available across all sales channels.
