HAI by Leviton Audio System Less Expensive & More Compact

HAI by Leviton says its new Hi-Fi 2 4x4 whole-house audio system delivers 20 watts per channel and it fits directly into a Leviton structured wiring panel.

HAI by Leviton says the Hi-Fi 2 4x4 whole-house audio system will be available in the fourth quarter of 2012 and the company is supporting the launch of the product and its other products with a variety of programming courses to its dealers.

This past fall HAI by Leviton announced that it was set to introduce its latest whole-house audio solution the Hi-Fi 2 system.

HAI by Leviton says the new multroom, multizone audio system is engineered to provide dealers with a smaller, more compact solution that can be utilized in townhouses, hotel suites, condominiums and small office buildings, and property owners can control the system through a free download of the system’s companion Apple iOS or Android control apps.

“HAI by Leviton’s Hi-Fi 2 is already the most compact, yet powerful system on the market, so the addition of a four-zone, four-source version ensures this product can be even more affordable for any size installation,” says Jay McLellan, president of HAI by Leviton. “This development is yet another example of HAI by Leviton providing contractors and installers with solutions that are best suited for their specific needs.”

According to the company, the Hi-Fi 2 4x4 system uses the same volume source control, Remote Input Module (RIM) and optional Bluetooth RIM as the larger 8x8 system, and it provides installers with a 20-watt per channel system that fits directly into a Leviton structured wiring enclosure. In addition, the system comes with four volume source controls, a remote control and a power supply that are bundled together in environmentally friendly 100 percent recycled packaging.
