It’s amazing how the end user audio experience has blossomed from an analog world of vinyl, to CD and ultimately to a point where physical media isn’t even necessary through the development of streaming Internet radio.

Grace Digital‘s new GDI-IRDT200 wireless Internet radio tuner is about the size of a standard source component like a CD or Blu-ray disc player and it provides users the ability to stream thousands of Internet radio stations that include popular streams such as NPR, Fox News, CNN, BBC and KROQ, as well as more than 35,000 podcasts on demand. The unit also offers Pandora Internet radio, Sirius Internet Radio, and support for Real Audio, MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV and AIFF formats for music streaming from a computer.

Some of the devices standard features include station search parameters by genre, 100 station presets, built-in wireless 802.11g, WEP and WPA security, an Ethernet input, coax and Toslink digital outputs, RCA analog outputs, an FM antenna, USB hosting, an SD card slot and an iPhone/iPod control app.
