Channel Vision Adds Knowledge Tool to Website

New online information tool offers installers and consumers instant access to product information that can save time when the option of calling customer service isn't available.

Channel Vision has introduced some new educational materials it calls its comprehensive knowledge base for its website:

The company says the online tool is intended to assist installers, designers, dealers and other consumers to quickly and accurately get answers to questions on Channel Vision product features, compatibility, installation and other technical questions.

Channel Vision says that after selecting a product of interest on its website, visitors are prompted to “ask a question.” Darrel Hauk, president and CEO of Channel Vision, describes the online tool as a means of providing installers and consumers with information quickly when the option of speaking to a customer service representative isn’t available. “While not a substitute for speaking to a live person, it serves as an additional method to access more information on a specific topic of interest,” he says.

“It also benefits users by decreasing the time needed to search through Channel Vision’s Web site or instruction manuals, allowing users to find answers and complete their jobs quicker.”
