The CEDIA Expo Insider by CE Pro will be used by virtually all CEDIA attended, tens of thousands of industry pros and press from around the world.
What’s next for the custom integrator? CEDIA Expo points us in the direction of ‘The Home of 2016’ at its opening keynote and Future Tech Pavilion.
Start at the Opening Keynote: The Intuitive Home of 2016: What’s After the Smart Home, presented by Dr. Michio Kaku. His presentation will center on the concept that most smart homes are not smart, but well-designed homes outfitted by custom integrators. Dr. Kaku will also discuss how the smart home is set to evolve into the fully intuitive home with the help of next-generation technology such as IP v6, RFID devices and artificial intelligence.
The Opening Keynote presentation will take place on Wednesday, September 5 at 5:30 p.m. in the Wabash Ballroom at the Indiana Convention Center and is free to attend. As a follow up, join key industry players for a discussion on the Intuitive Home of 2016. This panel offers an opportunity to get your questions answered by moderator Michael Heiss and panelists Brett Price of Clare Controls, Vin Bruno of Crestron, Dave Pedigo of CEDIA and Dr. Kaku. This lively talk will be Thursday, September 6 at 8 a.m.
